Online: Confirm that your current account and the account you'd like to change to are eligible for online change. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to Globalheritage Trust OnLine or Globalheritage Trust Mobile App
- Select your account you'd like to change
- Select “Manage”
- Select "Change account type"
- Choose your current account
- Choose your new account type
Once you confirm your selections, you will receive a reference number.

Once you request the change, you will receive the Disclosure of Interest Rate, Fees and Charges, Terms & Conditions, and other applicable documents in an electronic format.
